Research Expertise and Interest

• AFM characterization of proteins and protein-DNA complexes, including: Protein particle morphology, localization of protein binding sites, DNA conformational changes upon protein binding

• Development of novel photocatalysts based on porphyrins immobilized on solid surfaces (studies of singlet oxygen generation by such photocatalysts and AFM characterization of their surfaces)
