Travel Assistance

The Neural Interfaces Conference organizing committee invites applications for the 2014 NIC Diversity Travel Award. This program is supported by a conference grant from the National Institutes of Health to enhance the diversity of researchers in neural engineering. The travel award program is open to undergraduate students, pre-doctoral graduate students, and postdoctoral trainees from groups that are underrepresented in the engineering population.

The award consists of $1,000 to support travel to the conference, one complimentary registration, and recognition during the Welcome Reception. For more information, and to apply, visit the conference website.

Sponsorship/Exhibitor Opportunities

The NIC promotes dialogue between scientists and offers an environment for them to present cutting-edge research. Not only do scientists discuss their findings, but they also attend this conference to identify new research avenues, network with colleagues, and begin new collaborations. This is a great opportunity for your company to interact with scientists and researchers hoping to advance their efforts through the use of your products or services.
