Opportunity to work with Dr. Adler who invented the micro-dose calibrator, a unique instrument for making precise low does radioactivity measurement. The project involves writing a computer simulation which matches the performance parameters of the instrument. The work will be used to establish absolute calibration factors for a variety of isotopes used in nuclear medicine diagnostic and cancer treatments.
