NIBIB Director wins prestigious SPIE optics award

The International Society for Optics and Photonics Britton Chance Biomedical Optics Award recognizes outstanding contributions to the field of biomedical optics through the development of  innovative, high-impact technologies.  NIBIB's Bruce Tromberg was named the 2022 winner of this lifetime achievement award.

NIH hosts Congressional visitors, May 17, 2021

A group of U.S. Senators visited the Bethesda campus of the National Institutes of Health on May 17, 2021, to learn more about NIH’s response to COVID-19.
