Jacqueline Martinez-Headen joined NIBIB in January 2019, following almost three years wth the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, part of NIH, and prior employment with the Pan American Health Organization. She is a graduate of the University of Southern California, with a master's degree in Healthcare Administration, and of the University of Maryland at College Park, with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Law.
