Neda Sadeghi received her B.S. in Computer Science from Weber State University, M.S. in Computation Engineering and Science and Ph.D. in Bioengineering from University of Utah. Upon completion of her Ph.D., she joined the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), and currently is a postdoctoral fellow at the Quantitative Medical Imaging Section of National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering (NIBIB). Dr. Sadeghi’s interest lies in areas of machine learning, neuroscience, statistics, image processing and analysis with a focus on biomedical applications. She has been involved in longitudinal studies of pediatric imaging and development of novel neuroimaging methodologies to study neurological and psychiatric disorders using non-invasive techniques, primarily diffusion MRI.
